Kart-Sis Card Systems Corporation, the leading company of Çözüm Holding, was founded in 1987 in Turkey. The same year was accepted as commencing of plastic card revolution in Turkey. In 1987, Kart-Sis acquired the distribution rights of the products of Datacard Group (U.S.A.) which is the world leader on card personalization systems and their equipment. The extensive usage of card personalization systems in Turkey has resulted in huge demand for automatic mailing systems. In order to welcome the rising demand for diversity in Turkey, Kart-Sis, in 1995, has acquired the distribution rights of the middle and low volume mailing systems of PFE (England). In 2001, Kart-Sis has appended Otto (Germany) in its distribution chain which is provides smart card product & solutions and mailing systems.

Like other companies of Çözüm Holding Kart-Sis gained a new structure in new millenium. With this new structure Kart-Sis started to corespond all requirements of systems including software development and hardware supply. Range of smart card applications are as follows; Physical Security, PC and Network Access, E-payment, Carpark payment, Electronic Toll Collection, Campus Automation. The innovative hardware production range rapidly grows in many different sectors depending on market needs. The most attractive and popular products which are completely produced in Turkey are as follows; Contact/non-contact Smart Card Reader/writer, Data Terminal, Turnstiles and Barrier Systems, Trimwinder Systems, Carpark Equipment.
